Pleasant staff but youll need your Spanish as very little English spoken.Great location but could be noisy if you do not use the ac,as positioned between two roads.Food reasonable and sensibly priced.
There was no English tv or tea making facilities

Hotel Mercedes is a bit quaint and old fashioned, the lady on reception when we arrived was very pleasant and our room was nice and cool (outside temperature was 30 deg.C) clean and well appointed. We chose Arunjuez as an overnight stop having been there before and wanted to see more of the town. The hotel is in a good location,10 minute stroll to the town centre, and pleasantly set in it's own grounds with private parking and at a fair price. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely stay for a trip to Madrid, the whole place was super clean. The rooms were really nice and tidy, just like they said. The garden was beautiful too. The staff were cool, just what you'd hope for. 😊

The location of this place is breathtaking, with the Church of San Antonio and two palaces just a short walk away.

Pleasant staff/owners who did not in the end charge us for the breakfast we had had, and gave us a useful tip about visiting the royal palace.
The pool had not yet been filled for the season, but the temperature was in the upper 20's, so it would have been pleasant to have had a swim.

A modern pleasant hotel with large attractive rooms and serving a good dinner. On the outskirts of the town and close to the magnificent palace and gardens. Handy stopover en route to Madrid.
Swimming pool was advertised in the hotel details but the two outdoor pools we saw had obviously not been in use for sometime. A family of ducks was swimming in them!!

Absolutely perfect location just off Royal Palace and gardens, and frequent trains into the centre of Madrid in a special area.

we chose Aranjuez because it is close to Madrid to stop before our flight next day,and nice town with palace and parks to walking there. The hotel was good for it,comfortable room, near the king palace and park, free wifi in the hall, and I could print our plane tickets too.
the breakfast was very poor, isn't worth to pay for it

The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to attractions and public transportation.
The hotel did not have accommodating pet policies, with no options for dining with our dogs or even having a table outside. The hotel should have been more flexible in this regard, especially during the New Year holiday period.

Conveniently situated en route north on Madrid, close to town and palace. So good for exploring. We enjoyed our dip in the pool. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was enormous.
The breakfast was sad and not to be recommended.

everything was good, the hotel is modest and immaculately clean with exceptional services. the location for aranjuez was magnificent and beautiful, just off the historic centre of town, and a palace with gardens which were permanently open to the public.
